Tel Aviv Promenade

This promenade stretches from Tel Aviv to Jaffa. It is really nice to walk along the beach front by day or night.

you're right, this is a great place to walk close to the sea, so refreshing!

ohh and I can imagine that to walk there is impossible at noon. Because too hot. In country like yours life starts on the street only later...am I wrong?:)

It is joyful to walk along a large body of water, isn't it. This promenade looks well maintained. Good shot!

Thank you all for your comments. It is one of my favourite walks in Tel Aviv! Zslot, you are right in the peak of summer you can't go out at midday but the promenade is full of people in the evening. The sun sets over the sea so it's fabulous to sit on the beach and watch the sun set at the end of a beautiful day.

Since I moved upriver a year ago and am now about 40 kms from the Atlantic, this is something I miss doing so much. I've done this walk one or twice to Jaffa & back and Jaffa is a wonderful place.....WOW, mandi! Synchronicity - as I was typing your word verification below, your comment to me arrived. I love it, instant link Portugal-Israel!! Bless you!

Beautiful shot, full of interest - the lines on the ground give a really nice effect.

Great shot. The lamp post is so unusual and the contrasting colors of the path are wonderful. Looks like a great place for a stroll.
