I had never noticed designs on manhole covers, until I joined the Daily Photo group. Tel
Aviv's manhole covers are very boring. But then I found this one in
Ramat Gan (suburb of Tel
Aviv). Not bad, some nice palm tree designs to show that we're still in Israel. Nearly weekend,
yay!!

Neat design. Guess I will have to check out Selma's manhole covers. I never thought about that!
Pretty unusual design for manhole. In some rough neighborhood in city of Cleveland, some people stole and sold it as scraps.
Excel design
Pretty glance
Very interesting design. I like the contrasting colors and shapes (the bronze circle in the iron square) as well as the images.
Very nice design and good picture of it. Its quite intricate.
that looks kind of exotic, for a manhole cover!
I haven't found any decent covers here in St. Paul yet, but I keep looking. Your photo makes the manhole cover look like a work of art,
it is very nice...I wonder why some are fancy other are unremarkable.
