This building has a great history. It was built in the 1920s as a two family home by Levin (the brother of my great grandfather )originally from Chicago and before that Lithuania. After Independence it became the Soviet embassy and was bombed, I think, in the 1950s. I think that I read that a wealthy Russian is buying to use as his office.

Nice photograph. I like the garden surrounding the house, it looks like a very pleasant place.
It is a beautiful building and it would take the money Sothebys earns to afford it. I am guessing but it probably doesn't come cheap.
