At last someone is taking an interest in South Tel Aviv and Jaffa and is busy renovating a lot of the old dilapidated buildings. This apartment block in Jaffa will have a gorgeous sea view.

View of Jaffa
We took a walk the other day along the promenade from Tel Aviv to Jaffa. It's about a 30 minute walk, depending on where in Tel Aviv you start from. It's a great walk and there are loads of people cycling, rollerblading, fishing or just walking their dogs along this promenade.
