Click on photo to enlargeWould you break in to this guy's house? I wouldn't that's for sure!! But I keep wondering whether he (or she for that matter) is genuinely crazy or just artistic. It's definitely a "unique" decoration for one's house. And you can easily spot this house amongst others. Just for the record, those aren't real weapons they're all made of wood or scrap metal or whatever he could find. You can see that when you enlarge this photo.

In this country you can buy rubber figures of people and put them on a sofa or in a chair so that people outside looking in thinks people are at home. They also have fake dogs to show curled up on the floor. Big dogs that bite. They are all deterrent and keep crazy people away or hopefully keep them from breaking into the home. Maybe this person is hoping his wooden guns will do the same.

Considering the situation in Israel, I would say he designed this as a deterrent to Palestinian attacks. Pretty scary stuff, to live in that sort of mental environment.

Nutter is my guess! In a place like Tel Aviv, it strikes me as entirely TOO "ironic" to be artistic!
