OK, it's a bit dilapidated, I know. But I really like the arch windows and the shutters. It has quite a bit of character.

I do too. There is a lot of character in the windows and the oldness (is that a wird?) of the building.
I really like this - very romantic balcony.
They definitely look different from regular window shutters. It looks very French. I like the composition.
They have just made a new law in Tel Aviv, buildings will be forced to renovate their exterior facades every 15 years.
So why don't you wait 15 years and post a picture of this building again and we can compare.
