Dizengoff Fountain
The Dizengoff Fountain is also known as the Fire and Water Sculpture, because at night a flame comes out of the top through the water (don't ask me how!). It was created by Yaacov Agam and has been dedicated to the friendship between Tel Aviv and Frankfurt. On the hour, every hour, music is played and the circular rim in the middle of the fountain turns. It's very bright and cheerful and is a great site to see, especially at night.
Apparently, this is one of Yaacov Agam's famous art pieces. Another is the fountain at La Défense district in Paris.
